I am continually baffled on why this outsourcing phenomenon has not taken place in several sub-saharan countries that are pretty stable politically and that have a relatively well educated workforce that speaks English. Examples of countries that fit this profile include: Botswana, Kenya, Ghana and South Africa.
Not sure ... might be a marketing or perception problem. But who are you? What do you do? Where are you based?
