Some interesting sites in their top ten. All are good for different reasons. Balance is always the challenge. The cheapest is not always easy, after all, it took Wyeth three tries to get accounting outsourced in India and it only worked when they used Accenture (thus losing some of the benefit$). For fashion, I like eastern Europe and Poland in particular. I was particularly struck by how english proficient, helpful and entrepreneurial the Poles were in comparison to the French on a visit last year. It is nice to see Canada on the list - often overlooked.
